I emailed investor relations on Wednesday to ask this exact question, along with a few others, and am yet to receive a response.

IF LiveTiles provides a mechanism to allow willing buyers and sellers to transact, and IF management can present a credible pathway towards listing on another exchange in the future, and IF the proposed timeframe for this acceptable to me, then I would consider voting yes as well.

having said all of that… they’re 3 very big IFs, and there has been nothing made public about these at this stage, to the best of my knowledge
