Having read the documents I view the de-listing as a disgrace. They are de-listing because they cannot convince the market they are valued more than what they are, and they don't like the scrutiny.
Retail holders will either have to sell at fire-sale prices, of hold onto share that will be essentially impossible to sell, unless the company is taken over.
My view is that they need to tough it out on the ASX and stop whinging and focus on results.
If they truly believe that there is better value de-listing, then the large holders (who must clearly want the de-listing to proceed) should offer a reasonable price for retail holder to exit.
