My quick and gut response after skimming my way through the document this morning is a 'No'!. I've only small holding with an avg of .005 but have been sitting in it for a couple of years watching the shenanigans - this was a purely speculative play on my part - but it reads as though it is taking out value from the coy without any key identification of how value is a) put back in the coy and b) how value is actually gained by holders (short or long).
