Can anyone tell if the offering is underwritten? Otherwise, what happens to the remaining shares if under-subscribed? Presumably ARE (us) will remain owner of those shares.
The notice only says "assuming the Argonaut Priority Offer is fully subscribed); " but does not say what happens if the assumption turns a grim reality and there is significant under-sbsctiption.
