The notice only says "assuming the Argonaut Priority Offer is fully subscribed); " but does not say what happens if the assumption turns a grim reality and there is significant under-sbsctiption.

it appears ofter completing the circle, in the event of shortfall, un-subscribed shares will AGAIN be tried to be sold to us.
The question is, what if after they try and try and try, and there is still shortfall, will we/ARE remain the owners of the remaining shares, given we were the owners to begin with?
