You've got to love how they have not marked the announcement as material, so to play it down as if it's just some simple routine affair. Yes, in fact it is, some simple routine affair for more than 10 years, sucking money out of shareholders.

They sold 1/3 of it for peanuts to "investors" lastyear who were likely not LT ARE holders at 2c and 5c, and now they are selling another 1/3 to us ARE holders, the owners, a 20c. Essentially CR to feed themselves, and those "invstors" ("mates"). It is easy to imagine those "investors" selling at cose to 400% and 1000% profit, on first day after it floats. WHAT A SCAM.

Didn't they say a few weeks ago they are postponing IPO till market improves? Or is Christmas approaching and they are desperate for holiday money?

Get Zambian licence back and I will have better faith in you meaning business and use of our money. For now, and in absence of that, I am left to only assume you want the money for salaries.
