From Regal's perspective, maybe they admire his 'turn around skills' (something which seems to be lacking in the current LVT Board) and this would allow him to apply his 'cut through the BS skills' from the existing LVT management and Board. Just a thought!

its all speculation really. Im surprised regal hasnt released more details on the 2 they choose. Do they expect shareholders to just accept them? Pretty silly of them to not release more info.
