They should therefore schedule the ,meeting to be after the release of the OA findings. To avoid doing so indicates that are trying to hide things so that they can manipulate to their own advantage.
I am genuinely prepared to listen to what the company has to say in an unbiased manner but the SHs have been denied disclosure for far too long.

And we do have approx 5 weeks to the meeting. The audit will continue during that time. I suspect that the financials will be released during that time.
