Groundhog, I was not speaking on behalf of Arbiter - that should be obvious from my post. I think anyone reading my post could clearly see it is speculation on my part - though perhaps you are the exception.

in your next post you even go on to say my subjective opinions are worthless. Well this is a discussion forum where people provide their opinions about stock market investments. Just like you provide opinions - such as you think it is important that Arbiter are not on the S249D application.

It is my opinion that it is not important. A fact for you - Arbiter’s name we’re not on the S249F application that went to a vote. So why is it important that their name isn’t on the S249D application?
