My 7,000,000 shares voted NO, but the way it all works, it will get passed sadly.

I just can't believe that if the BOD were in tune with ALL investors, specially retail investors, that have put their hard earned on the line to support the company, how they could even consider asking for this. Especially so soon after a capital raise, and at a time when the share price is around 0.18 and not 0.38 cents.

Disrespectful I feel

Asking for these resolutions to get passed before the big runs have been put on the scoreboard is insulting to me.

Although the SYA future still looks to be bright !
