Hi Whisky, what your saying is true, but for one thing, how much SPOD have they shipped at this point in time - nadda, zero, zip, not even some to PLL.
We don't know what deal they have negotiated for the OTA but they do, so maybe they are asking for bonus shares before we find out what the deal is.
All kind of seems a bit rushed to me without any sales on the board.
