I rarely post here but have held SYA for a while now.
What throws me if management think now was the optimal time to ask for a retrospective bonus they either:
A - cannot read the room at all as to retail sentiment; or
B - don't care less what retail think as they know very little can be done to stop the motions.
Either way, such a move suggests to me at least they don't have the desire to see this thing through and a sale is on the cards. The sheer dilution of share value is staggering.
To say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement.
