I agree with what you are saying and like you have been here along time- I just think the last capital raise came out of the blue, without warning and far below what general market expected. by voting no we are sending a message to management to sharpen their pencil. I do believe we n rewarding performance- they just need to show us in physical send now rather than "telling us' how good they are.
