Unfortunately I have seen this before with some other companies and I don’t like it one bit . Call it what you like “ incentive shares ,the good old “ performance shares “ they award themselves which seems to flow on to other BOD . A decent salary for achieving goals yes but cut the other nonsense/greed at the expense of SH out .
