if they’re smart they will withdraw the proposed resolution to approve the grant of free CEO shares and get their act together and establish an independent remuneration committee and proper incentive framework before the next AGM and for approval by shareholders at the next AGM IN ADVANCE of issuing performance shares
this retrospective nonsense won’t wash
