Resolution 1 – Approval of the issue of Shares to Brett Lynch
To consider and if thought fit, pass the following resolution as an Ordinary Resolution:
“That for the purpose of Listing Rule 10.11 and for all other purposes, Shareholders approve the issue
of 10,000,000 Shares to Mr Brett Lynch (CEO and managing director), and/or his nominee, on the terms
and conditions set out in the Explanatory Memorandum.”
