Agree,VOTE NO!it seems the BOD is playing tricks,and BL is a faceless man,I am worrying the capability of them,Share price is flat fro the whole year and still going down,poor management!BL should be shacked and the BOD should be replaced!on the contrary,they ask more FREE SHARES,ridiculous!faceless people,never seen this before!
