This is going to be hard to hear for some and I expect some criticism.

This is the stock market. it isn't fairy tale land where everything's fair and you get let in on every aspect of the company your invested in. Sayona is a multi billion dollar company who has high level employees and directors that have worked hard and hold there positions for a reason. Shareholder satisfaction is not top of their priority list, executing their strategy is!

If there are disgruntled share holders that sell out because they've lost faith or patience.. who cares! as long as the strategy keeps coming together there will always be new investors.

Im hearing over and over and over again about missed opportunities with other companies while sayona sits idle.. well guess what? YOU missed the opportunity, it's not on the BOD to feel sorry for you. you can direct your anger towards them but at the end of the day it's not their fault and they aren't in control of your investing strategy.

sit tight and shut up or leave. simple
