All we can say as fact is that whatever the price is at consolidation it will be 50 times higher and there will 50 times less shares on issue assuming the resolution to consolidate is passed.

The market cap does not change for example

6,000,000,000 shares at $0.004 = $24m MC

after consolidation

120,000,000 shares at $0.2 = $24m MC

If the SP doesn’t move then no more can raised after the consolidation as the limit on a CR is a % of market cap.

The concern I have with the consolidation is that it’s much easier for the SP to drift back from 20c than it is from 0.4c and any increments on the way up are a much smaller % increase per pip.
