A number of the LTIP requirements seem to be less stretch and more just a matter of time at this stage. The team has done great work to get to this point but not quite sure it warrants a >$3m bonus on top of the $375k salary. That's using today's SP not considering any potential future increase.
Would have liked to see some more stretch in the targets.
