And there it is. Directors are not seeking approval to participate in the Feb placement as they previously committed. But are asking for approval to participate in the Convertibles and say this will replace their commitment under the placement! As convertible debt owners they will step ahead of all shareholders. Appalling. Ask yourself what happens if there's a default. Heads they win, tails you lose. For how long has this stock been trading misinformed?
