I'd say Wayne's interests are already very aligned with ours. He earned $1.1 million USD (he lives in Minnesota) in salary and bonuses last year and currently has 700,000 options, which would net him around $50 million USD with a 10x of the share price.
I'm not against him getting more but I think they should be doled out judiciously because we've got a long way to go and I don't want to start thinking that his often overly optimistic forecasts are made with an eye toward filling his pockets even more.
