So Pato will single handily dilute us all out without any cash inflow ? These options he is getting are are a joke. If the SP was $100 now would we be talking about this volume of shares? Someone has an interest to keep the SP low for a while. No I'd like to see them allocated on a yearly basis for publicly known KPIs. If KPI not met, they expire. Or pay him cash so he can exercise some of his existing options.
