Using bonus options with much higher strike price is generally good incentive to motivate management to hit the targets and milestones hence increasing the share price and their long term incentive. In my opinion, these option grants as requested don’t look good on them professionally. Agreed with Vapor, we shall just issue shares and pay them as bonus instead.
