    I'm not 100% sure how I'll vote however I am extremely impressed that they pulled this at the AGM (based on the low level of support) and rejigged the incentive.

    From a quick look a reduction in the number of options 700k vs 1mil and an increase in the strike price, circa $24 vs $21
