No EFS and we are all screwed. So their is incentive to get there. But an incentive around FDA approval within a certain timeframe, or a Change of Control event to get a tranche would be interesting.. But considering they all vest if their is a change of control, the incentive there as well.
What I would really like to see now is these guys keeping their dates and getting this EFS completed.. They are going to need cash at some point and hitting some of the outstanding milestones should de-risk the product significantly and hopefully re-rate the company as well before another raise.
