TBH I think this is a way to keep all entities afloat while they are waiting to print results. CHM just had a cap raise, but still require funds. IMU hasn't had a retail cap raise for a while, so could "gift on" some of that retail generosity to CHM to keep its lights on.
Am I the only one who thinks CHM, IMU and RAD (and perhaps ALA) are all one biotech incubator chopped up into smaller bits (obviously in healthy markets, would be more value accredited)?
