Just a gentle reminder that at the forthcoming EGM and a few months afterwards at the AGM my humble advice is to
VOTE NO - to any board or executive at IMU to receive ANY advantage through shares income or otherwise
It's been a pathetic year with 90% reduction in SP and poorly timed and a potentially not required credit raise.
It just feels bad - like taking advantage when many shareholders have been taken advantage of.
Even if it looks like a premium vs current share price I can definitely argue that IMU shouldn't be bottom dwelling at this price in the first place.
NO it's not yet deserved
