Hi Steve, i know you are an avid fan, and i love the tech and this stock does provide trading opportunities to make money for long termers that are now heavily in the red(if you take emotion out)
Howver, no matter of the line"" more appealing to US strategic partners and investors."" this is always the pitch to mum and dads to justify the consolidation....
MOST(near ALL) condolidations are because the management have already smashed the CR's over time and now have to build a bigger SP, if they cant do that by natuarally building the IP and SP appreciation then a consolidation comes and it is for ONE REASON ONLY, to raise more money down the line
This is NOT a good look and certainly is NOT good for long termers here...
MASSIVE DILUTION again will be the way forward and will stump any possibilty in the medium term for multiple gains that once many appreciated in their portfolio..
