While it can be seen as a hiding the capital history of dilution under the carpet, so many juniors will have faced this issue in getting to where they are.
The question to highlighted above, is can this on a tighter capital structure be more appealing to US strategic partners and investors.
If IBX is suffering from not enough broader exposure, i would take the consolidation route, then as a positive if it attracts deeper pockets to the mountain.
