If there is a consolidation at 40 to 1, and based on a share price of 1.2 cents, then this should come back on the market at 48 cents per share.
So 25000 shares @ 48 CPS is $12,000
Summing up, is selling down wise, as the science is good, with substantial
commercial gains in the future.
