As long as he always does with no repercussions (where the hell are the NZ gold results), leading investors along saying results are coming only to release them as dusters in another announcement. Ask yourself if they have faith in the results that are coming, why this massive dilution on another project that wasn't in their IPO plans? I will be watching to see if results are pushed out until after this vote has been completed, dusters or not, it stinks.

Before people say it was time critical, again if they have faith in the results that aren't far away it potentially will be a lot less dilution, it's a disaster for holders. Hillgrove won't be starting up anytime soon and has been bought for exploration purposes as per the webinar, so more costs coming for drilling as they didn't raise much working capital.

It doesn't make much sense to me, the timing of it all, and seems like a desperate play for some credibility as they have found nothing on their IPO plans.
