well, before the offical announcement is out, I research the project based on RVR's past announcements and their plan was to restart the underground mining operation with 30k-50k oz Au production, so I assume we purchase it to continue the same path, so with potential short to mid term revenue then its worth the risk of given away ~50% ownership, but this is not the case, and more shares will be issued early next year (in Q1) thats for sure. So, I don't see the benefit of acquiring this project. we are already suffering from slow progress of the two projects, why add another one in?
