I don't think I will vote "for" both resolutions
why do we want to give away around 48% of company ownership in exchange for Hillgrove mine that will not generate any revenue within mid-term?
More capital raising will require not too long after this one, so more dilution after such huge dilution.
our shareholder value is driving by the successful of exploration, and this can be achieved via Eyre or Mt Isa exploration program.
if the recent drilling results shows positive outcome and say it can add another $20m to the M/C, then base on current 78m SOI it will add another 25.5c to the s/p, but if it's 223m post-CR SOI then it will only add 9c to the s/p.
Also the timing isn't right, at 12.5c our M/C is around $9.8m and we want to acquire another project that will cost us $8m plus some extra for exploration+working capital on this project doesn't sound a smart investment to me, unless we already know that both Eyre and Mt Isa projects are dusters.
anyone think differently?
