even if you are right about Beasley not achieving anything in his time on the board, surely you cannot put the mislaid plans of a single director on a board of three in the same category as dishonest director looking to treat other peoples money as his own? the only way to get an outcome here is to rally against person who is treating the shareholders as suckers.
