Suggest you look at https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-substantial-holder-notices.7064707/ which outlines the relationships between Beasley and the others on and around the Board.

IMHO if Beasley was serious about shareholders he would have proposed new people, not the former Board.

Some people have long memories, it will potentially make it very difficult for Beasley to gain support.
