31/10/2023 4C indicates cash at $8.4m. 27/10/2023 settlement around $4.6m. I take it $4.6m hasn't been accounted for (still in China bank account). Therefore cash when accounted for close to $13m
8.5 alludes to 5 quarters of funding (minus cash at bank in China)?
Has the proposed new directors articulated a strategic plan to grow the business?
