Colin is an old hand at this and knows what he's doing, IMO he did a good job on the Zijin deal. The board have a significant holding, so there is decent alignment but I do feel the performance incentives could be a bit more transparent... as ever they aren't too contentious when a company is performing well. No complaints on the Geo/exploration side, I think Mongolia is a great place to be exploring and developing right now.
