Its however likely to be a slow turnaround through and the financials below are pretty poor
It's going to give Collinton's 52% of voting rights and likely much more as I can't see too many shareholders participating - so they will have a big say in where Alexium goes and what happens to it going forward (or what happens to their stake). At least Billy will have a small stake and is stumping up some good dollars
