Ann: Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting/Proxy Form, page-2

Haven't received anything from DGR regarding the Extraordinary General Meeting other than the advice received on Hotcopper Forum. Have downloaded the Proxy Form but there is nowhere I can put my details to confirm my holding. Also, no advice as what to do other than contact 'Investorcentre.linkgroup.com' and then one needs an account/password to gain access. Knowing that a few of you have voted could you please advise what needs to be done so that I can put my vote into system. The advice in this Notice is sadly missing details.
