Ive done my best, this is what I get.
Between them theyve take out $4.16m and been issued a similar amount in shares as bonuses.
If we accept the funding agreement, they'll have injected around $17.6m between them in return for shares.
They are running at a net combined loss of around $8.19m currently. I know it is alot more complicated than this, given they would retain a 38% interest in the company, so at 6c this is worth around $6.5m to them.
They definitely have sweatier armpits over this no matter how you cut it
