Almost feels like a aggressive takeover and gripple twigs comments "Craig knows the real state of the company and he's getting his hands on every share he can. " seems to resonate more.

After reading this seems like there is no hiding the fact they really do want every share they can get there hands on. Threatening language that if not voted in that funding may be withdrawn in the future. Not sure where that would leave there investment.

The positive is that this most likely multi bag from here .Basically being yelled from the rooftops.

There is a good point that all investors had ample opportunity to participate in the capital raise and did not. Although maybe all news or potential not fully disclosed to investors to the extent that C2V have inside information that they can have so much confidence in wanting a bigger slice of the cake.

Happy to be corrected in any of the above comments . Just wanting to put my thoughts to writing after first read through.
