I agree this is nuts on the line stuff. We’ve been told for years that a US listing would make perfect sense because the Aussie market doesn’t seem to understand IRGS systems.

We have also been told that US investors were very interested in the project and couldn’t believe the cap we were trading at. If they’re unprepared to pay up and IPO at a premium I’m not keen on the dilution impact this would have on us long term holders. Why would we IPO based on the ASX price if it’s effectively as good as getting the job done on the ASX? Is Nebari involved in this next raise? Think Equity did such a good job on the Snowlake IPO, why would be using them again?

We should also get this final 15% ownership settled once and for all…… Take 100% of the project.

If they’re not fixing any of the above, I’ll be voting no the resolutions associated with the IPO. Feels like there’s something to do with garden paths here…..
