If this is the case, then that confirms management have been lying through their teeth.
Nova might not be in the position of strength, but if investors want in then WE need to set the price, we still have control of the project.
Personally, if it comes with massive dilution then forget the critical minerals and any grants that come with them, we are going to produce GOLD, scale back to such a level as to not give the project away.
The critical minerals should only be a bonus, and not cripple the company just for a US listing.
If ever there was a time for our CEO to go on a spruiking tour, that time is now.
It absolutely baffles me that they can't find an investor/s willing to take a big stake in the company for a reasonable price.
