Nova might not be in the position of strength, but if investors want in then WE need to set the price, we still have control of the project.

Personally, if it comes with massive dilution then forget the critical minerals and any grants that come with them, we are going to produce GOLD, scale back to such a level as to not give the project away.

The critical minerals should only be a bonus, and not cripple the company just for a US listing.
