Obviously we will push for the highest price we can get on the day, but it will depend on the closing ASX price and the market conditions at the time of the IPO. The discount has to be put into the NOM as its an ASX requirement. If we put in a low discount, but on the day for some reason we can't get the raise done as a higher discount was required, then we would have to go through the whole NOM process again which would delay the listing. So the discount in the NOM is the maximum we can go up to and we will be pushing for the best price we can get on the day.
