Be prepared for massive dilution jiarenmo. The way this is written, it's on the ASX closing price the day prior -20%.
The Market Makers can have a field day with this one, they can drive the price down prior to IPO list price. Simple fact. It is poorly worded and set for failure. Even NM2 says above, we'll be "pushing for the best price", oh yeah? how? Buy every share of offer prior to close?

I am ready for the worst case, and so should others. This will be very dilutive. I am not against Nasdaq listing, but just state the USD price.
But hey, we can always consolidate again, or just change the MRE numbers to suit?!? Maybe one day we'll be a 10Moz mine? ha

Oh what ever happen to rotorX? never heard the end story to this, but I'm not on HC every day. And don't recall a ASX Ann?
