Even at 2.5c it would be max of $20m. Issued in August / September would get CHM over the line to the results. But the ethical way would be:
"We have an investor intending to place $20m. Depending on the sp we would issue between 200m and 800m shares. With the upcoming result read outs we expect the issue price to be close to or at 10c."
That would be the way to do it, to show leadership and confidence to value the assets at a fair price. What he is doing now is " I give a damn what the sp is as long as me and my mates make a mozza as we intend to frustrate you retail rats out of CHM before we cash in. "
