If his plan is to secure CHM for himself that way, and everything is pointing towards that goal, then there must be some upside to come in the coming years.
First indicator will be if he is part of the 800m shares issue. If yes, then we know the big payout is about to happen in 2-3 years. If he is not part and diluting himself massively then it could be an indicator that he has given up. But knowing Hopper, he is following the Centro-Model. Sp goes down from $10 to 1c, banks and a few Centro managers take over and made a mozza a few years later. Loser: Retail
