The reason for the outstanding final notice could be that it will be issued once she sold completely out. But I agree with those who see that as a concern as she was the one happily promoting the assets. Even getting fired wouldn't mean to have to sell all shares if there is an upside to come. Plus the remote chance that any possible new employer she will work for could make an offer should the sp remain that low.
But that is typically Hopper, leaving us sh guessing. And that opens the gate for speculations, assumptions, rumours......and the drop of the valuation.
All that could be avoided if there was transparency. If the assets of the 3 comps wouldn't have been progressed so well I would have sold out long time ago but in that regards I agree with Dalts, Pinch and Valueadd, the 3 comps have a huge risk / reward ratio.
